본 포지션은 Vueron의 미국 법인에서 상주하며 Field Engineer 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분을 채용합니다.

3개월 간 한국에서 Field Engineer 업무를 배우신 후, 미국 산호세에서 근무를 시작합니다.

We are looking for a Field Engineer to join Vueron's US subsidiary. This role involves working on-site to provide technical support and solutions.

You will spend your first 3 months in Korea for onboarding and training, then transition to our US office in San Jose.

• 미국 고객 현장의 초기 대응을 통한 전문적인 맞춤 솔루션 제공
• 제품의 성능 개선 및 이슈 해결을 위한 데이터 분석 및 연구개발팀 커뮤니케이션
• Product 지원 컨텐츠 제작 (기술 문서 및 영상 컨텐츠, 고객 기술 가이드 등)
• 고객의 요구 사항과 이슈 사항을 청취 및 정리하여 사내 공유
• 자사 제품에 대한 현장 기술 지원 및 유지 보수

• Provide specialized, tailored solutions by acting as the primary responder at US customer sites
• Analyze data to improve product performance and resolve issues; communicate findings with the R&D team
• Create product support materials, including technical documentation, video content, and customer technical guides
• Collect and organize customer requirements and issues to share with internal teams
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for company products

• 컴퓨터/전자 공학 관련 전공 또는 이에 준하는 경험이 있으신 분
• 관련 업무 1년 이상 경력자이신 분
• 미국 국적자 또는 한국인으로서 미국 내 근무에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
• 영어와 한국어가 비즈니스 수준 이상으로 능통하신 분
• Linux OS를 다뤄본 경험이 있으신 분
• 기술 문서 작성을 통한 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량을 가지신 분
• 운전면허 소지 및 미국에서 운전이 가능하신 분

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• US citizen or individual legally authorized to work in the United States
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Korean
• Experience using the Linux OS
• Strong communication skills, specifically in writing technical documentation
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in the US

근무 조건

• 근무형태 : 정규직 (수습 3개월 적용)
• 근무일시 : 주 5일 (월요일 - 금요일)
• 근무지역 : 서울 서초구 강남대로 311, 19층
• 급여 : 연봉 (협의 후 결정)
